M.A.C Spring Summer 2015 Trends

Each changing of seasons comes with different makeup trends. M.A.C Cosmetics is no stranger to setting and predicting each of the season's best makeup trends. Here are some for their latest Spring Summer 2015 makeup trend look! Enjoy...

1. Enlightened (featured above)

Highlight a few focal key points of the face, can be the eyes or the lips, drawing light towards these areas. Basically, highlighting the FACE. Skin looks luminous and dewy. Highlight can be on the lashes too. 

2. Review

This is an EYE trend, layering mascara and bringing back that 60's element. Eyeliners are back. 

3. Free Party

Colours are back. They are young, fresh, colorful, pastel with a more satin finish. A play with eyeshadow and eyeliners. It's all about having fun and looking outrageous. 

4. No Makeup

Pampering the skin with skincare before the makeup, this trend emphasizes on the skin and keep them looking all natural.

Colours paint your dream, music drench your soul, writing soothes your mind, which I have not been doing lately. Been writing, but writing that has to relate to work, it is somehow different. Luckily, my work is also about creative writing. Best part about writing is that you can conjure up any possible thing you could allow your mind to dream up - fiction. How much of this fiction that I conjure up is based on reality? Very much so, yet you have a certain degree of freedom to alter, to enhance, to seduce, to provoke. Words, meaning, visuals, sound, all made possible through creative writing, making all the characters come to life. Loving pastels. They evoke a certain sense of serenity, yet exciting enough to instill moments of surprises.

I simply adore her sense of style and beauty, always colourful, exciting, vibrant and exuberant. She is none other than Nicole Warne of Gary Pepper Vintage. Most of her pictures are very beautifully shot and taken. I believe visual tells a great deal, with the advent of picture sharing platform like instagram, pinterest, lookbook, and so many more, almost everyone has the desire to share their piece of the world. I am but just a lover of all things beautiful, I prefer to be the one behind the lens instead, to capture that shot. No matter what we do, keep the beautiful dreams alive and be happy always.
